What is Salvage Art - Pillars of Hope

The *Pillars of Hope* are a unique and meaningful form of wall art crafted from salvaged architectural materials, many of which are broken and worn by time. These pieces, rescued from old buildings and homes, are thoughtfully reimagined into new designs that embody hope and renewal. The use of broken materials is particularly significant, as it reflects the belief that "the broken need the most hope," a message that came through deeply in a moment of divine inspiration.

Each set of Pillars of Hope comes with its own story, unique to the feelings experienced during its creation. These stories, driven by themes of hope, new life, and moving forward, are expressed through the careful selection of colors and elements that make each piece one-of-a-kind.

More than just a creative endeavor, these linear, sculptural pieces are more than just a creative endeavor—it is a testament to the power of transformation. Inspired by a dream and driven by the belief that art can inspire hope, a portion of the proceeds from every *Pillars of Hope* piece is donated to the Dayton Dream Center. This local charity provides essential services to those in need, including the homeless and individuals battling addiction, helping them regain their dignity and rebuild their lives. Each *Pillar of Hope* stands as a beacon of hope and renewal, both in the materials used and in the lives they touch.
